Payments must be in U.S. funds!  MasterCard and Visa and Other forms of payment are accepted through PayPal, please go to PayPal.com to sign up.  Or we accept your check, or money order when we meet in person, to we sign a contract.

Currently we limit travel to no more than 100 miles one way. If you are outside this range please call us for special arrangements. WE PROVIDE FREE ESTIMATES; HOWEVER ONCE WE ARE REQUESTED TO DESIGN A SYSTEM FOR YOU, A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.

RETURN POLICY IS SIMPLE, WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS; WITHIN THE FIRST THIRTY DAYS, PRODUCT IS EXCHANGED FOR NEW. AFTER THAT WE FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY DIRECTIONS AND PROMPTLY GET YOUR PRODUCT REPLACED OR REPAIRED BY AN AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTER IN ARIZONA.

USER CAUSED DAMAGED MAY VOID WARRANTY, PLEASE FOLLOW ALL MANUFACTURER’S OPERATING AND CARE OF PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SURGE PROTECTION, AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO OFFER YOU ONE THAT WILL FIT YOUR SYSTEM

PRICING IS GUARANTEED BY US IN WRITING FOR USUALLY 30 DAYS, ACCEPTANCE MUST BE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS BY SIGNING PROPOSAL/CONTRACT AND TENDERING A DEPOSIT WHICH MUST CLEAR YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD TO MAKE THE CONTRACT BINDING.  OUR POLICY ON VERBAL PRICING IS NOT GUARANTEED, SO ASK FOR IT IN WRITING; THEREBY WE HAVE VERIFIED IT.We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone who in our opinion is trying to commit a fraudulent act by credit card or other means. Credit cards are accepted per PayPal guidelines.  All acts of fraud will be reported to authorities.
